Every property is infrastructure.
A hotel, a short-let, a serviced apartment or a residential home — every one of them runs on the same hidden operational rhythm. Most of it still gets managed from a group chat.
We started NESTORA after watching a residential care organisation run life-critical housing operations from group chats and paper folders.
Foster homes and residential care operators carry enormous operational responsibility — keeping rooms safe, inspections current, maintenance resolved and documentation in order. As we built for them, we found the same problem everywhere: short-let operators, serviced apartment companies, hostels and multi-property landlords were all running the same operational chaos through spreadsheets, WhatsApp and booking platforms that don’t talk to each other.
NESTORA exists to give every kind of property operator one intelligent operating layer — built around the property and operational reality of the places they run, with a strict boundary that keeps every safeguarding and placement decision in human hands.
